This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably.</span></font></p> <p style=""><font face="Times New Roman, serif" size="3">1) Hire, train, supervise, and schedule store staff. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.</font></p><p style=""><font face="Times New Roman, serif" size="3">3) Meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to drive revenue.</font></p><p style=""><font face="Times New Roman, serif" size="3">4) Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control. Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.</font></p><p style=""><font face="Times New Roman, serif" size="3">5) Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.</font></p><p style=""><font face="Times New Roman, serif" size="3">6) Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and present performance data to senior management. Ensure the store complies with all safety, security, and cleanliness standards.</font></p> <p style=""><font face="Lucida Sans, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3 to 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least1 to 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing store operations successfully.</span></font></p>
