<div>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head operations for our Retail/Oil &. Gas and Warehousing business entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership,</div>
<div>operational expertise, and strategic vision to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of 50 employees, and ensure seamless coordination with MNC clients and stakeholders.</div> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. Team Leadership:</p>
<p>o Lead and manage a team of 50 employees across multiple business verticals.</p>
<p>o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.</p>
<p>2. Operational Management:</p>
<p>o Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.</p>
<p>o Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.</p>
<p>o Manage logistics, stock control, and supply chain for the warehouse; ensure timely delivery and optimal storage of goods.</p>
<p>o Ensure smooth running of Retail Business operations, including fuel supply management, staff discipline, and customer service.</p>
<p>o Implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes for both business functions.</p>

<p>3. Financial Oversight:</p>
<p>o Monitor and manage the financial health of both the entity, ensuring budget adherence and profitability.</p>
<p>o Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.</p>
<p>o Oversee financial activities, including cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting for both businesses.</p>
<p>o Implement internal controls to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.</p>

<p>4. Client Management:</p>
<p>o Build and maintain strong relationships with MNC clients and key</p>
<p>stakeholders.</p>
<p>o Lead interactions and communications with Indian Oil, overseas clients, and</p>
<p>other regulatory authorities.</p>

<p>5. Risk Management:</p>
<p>o Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic risks.</p>
<p>o Review and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry-specific regulations.</p>

<p>6. Business Planning & Profitability:</p>
<p>o Work closely with promoters to develop and execute business plans.</p>
<p>o Drive profitability, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial health of the entities.</p>
<p>7. Legal and Compliance Oversight:</p>
<p>o Approve drafts, contracts, and legal documents related to business operations.</p>
<p>o Ensure adherence to legal requirements and corporate governance standards.</p>
<p>8. Group Business Coordination:</p>
<p>o Provide leadership support for all other group businesses as required.</p> <p>Looking for candidates with proven experience heading the Business Operations of in Retail/Oil & Gas and Warehousing sectors. The candidate must know Kannada. Age must be at least 55 years old<br></p>
<p>Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing stakeholders. <br><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:rgb(34,34,34);font-size:small;">Qualification: Either a certified CA or B. Tech and M. Tech , MBA</span></p>
