Financial Strategy &amp; Leadership: Architect a high-impact financial strategy aligned with ambitious business goals.&nbsp; Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, contributing to business direction&nbsp; .</p><p>2. Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Analysis: Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles. Build complex financial models, perform scenario analysis, and monitor real estate KPIs&nbsp; .</p><p>3. Reporting &amp; Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting under GAAP/IFRS, SEBI, RBI, GST, and India’s Companies Act. Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and financial disclosures.</p><p>4. Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management: Maintain strong cashflow health, handle liquidity, receivables, contractor payables, and banker relationships&nbsp; .&nbsp;</p><p>5. Capital Structure, Fundraising &amp; Investor Relations: Lead project financing strategies—debt, equity, institutional, or green bonds. Nurture relationships with investors, banks, and rating agencies; support IPO/PE processes&nbsp; .</p><p>6. Risk Management &amp; Internal Controls: Identify and mitigate financial/project risks: interest rates, forex, cost escalation. Implement strong internal controls to prevent errors and fraud&nbsp; .</p><p>7. Project Finance &amp; Cost Optimization: Oversee SPV-level project funding and cost controls. Analyze profitability and optimize budget allocations&nbsp; .</p><p>8. Team Leadership &amp; Finance Operations: Architect a best-in-class finance org: reporting, FP&amp;A, treasury, tax, audit. Coach a high-performing Finance &amp; Accounts team&nbsp; .</p><p>9.
