<p><strong>Product Manager</strong> leads the strategy, development, and optimization of our <strong>Loan Origination Platform</strong>. This platform is critical to enabling smooth, compliant, and scalable lending processes across the Lending Centre.</p> <p>Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support).</p><p>• Support in gathering and synthesizing feedback from stakeholders.</p><p>• Provide clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.</p><p>• Workshop Facilitation: Help in organizing workshops to gather requirements and brainstorm solutions.</p><p>• Prepare workshop materials and document outcomes.</p><p>• Assist in tracking and implementing actionable next steps.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, meeting minutes, and process flows.</p><p>• Ensure all documentation is clear and easy to access.</p><p>• Communicate project updates effectively across channels.</p><p>• Collaborate with senior team members to translate feedback into detailed requirements.</p><p>• Support the prioritization of features and tasks.</p><p>• Monitor progress and assist in ensuring timelines are met.<br><br>Define the product vision and roadmap for the Loan Origination Platform (LOP), aligned with credit policy, business goals, and regulatory requirements. <br>Own the full loan origination journey: from application, document collection, KYC, credit scoring, decisioning, to disbursal.<br>Stay up to date on trends in digital lending, credit tech, regulatory changes, and customer behavior.<br>Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams (risk, credit, sales, legal, compliance, ops).<br>Prioritize backlog items using business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance urgency.<br>Work closely with credit policy, engineering, UX, operations, and third-party vendors (e.g., credit bureaus, eKYC providers).<br>Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure platform adheres to local and international regulatory standards.<br>Drive platform enhancements such as pre-approved journeys, alternative credit scoring, automated underwriting, and loan structuring tools. <br>Ensure seamless integration with CRM, core banking systems, document verification tools, and payment gateways.<br>Design frictionless, mobile-friendly application flows for various loan products (personal, auto, business, etc.).<br>Use data to reduce drop-offs, enhance approval rates, and shorten turnaround time.</p> <p>Looking for candidates with experience in Product management with at least 2yrs experience in Lending or banking. Applicant must have a strong knowledge of digital lending platforms, credit decision engines, and regulatory compliance frameworks.</p>
