<p>We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Estate Planning Division.The candidate will be responsible for advising high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth UHNW) clients on succession and estate planning matters, drafting legal instruments including wills and trusts, and conducting legal research on personal succession laws across India and key overseas jurisdictions. The role requires a strong foundation in private client law, estate and gift taxation, and trust structuring.</p> <p>1) Drafting & Documentation - Draft and review wills, codicils, trust deeds (revocable and irrevocable), family arrangements, gift deeds, and related succession planning instruments.</p>
<p>2) Ensure legal documents are compliant with applicable laws and tailored to client needs and jurisdictions.</p>
<p>3) Legal Research & Advisory - Conduct legal research on succession, inheritance, and trust laws in India and other common law and civil law jurisdictions as applicable.</p>
<p>4) Support relationship managers and estate planners in developing and presenting estate planning strategies to clients.</p>
<p>5) Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand family dynamics, asset holdings, and succession intent.</p>
<p>6) Address client queries on probate, intestate succession, estate tax exposures, and family governance structures.</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution;</p>
<p>3–5 years of working experience (preference in the field of succession planning, trust law, or private client legal practice).</p>
<p>Strong knowledge of Indian personal laws and exposure to laws in jurisdictions such as the UAE, UK, Singapore, or the US is desirable.</p>
<p>Experience in working with HNW/UHNW clients, family businesses, or legal advisory firm is preferred.</p>
