<p>The Leader is responsible for managing a team of Treasury Sales RM's who are responsible for providing the Treasury Solution to the customers in the assigned region, which includes cash &amp; liquidity management, foreign exchange, and hedging strategies.&nbsp;</p> <p class="mt-2 mb-1 text-muted font-weight-bold font-12 text-uppercase" style="font-weight: 700 !important;"><span class="fas fa-list-ol fa-4x mt-2 font-18 text-secondary mr-2"></span>&nbsp;Job Requirements</p><div class="media" style="color: rgb(108, 117, 125);"><div class="media-body"><p class="mt-1 font-14"></p><p> Manage the team of RM's who are responsible for Treasury sales.<br> Guide the team to provide the best Treasury solutions, ensuring 360-degree focus on the customers after understanding their needs<br> Achieve Volume/Revenue FX targets through existing and prospective clients<br> Drive New Customer acquisition/activation and generate incremental FX revenue from the client base<br>&nbsp; Products – Forwards, Derivatives, FCTL, LRS, FDI/ODI, Travel Card etc<br> Ensuring 100% wallet, Margin Maximization, Product structuring<br> Keep the customers updated on the latest happenings in the Financial Markets.<br>&nbsp; Liaise with various Product and coverage teams on driving FX revenues.<br> Ensure sales and compliance standards are adhered to in the regulatory framework.</p></div></div> <p>Looking for candidates with experience managing a team of Treasury Sales RM's.
