Job Overview
Investment RM must build trust with the existing customers and manage their investment portfolios (stocks, bonds, funds) to meet financial goals, provide tailored advice, monitor performance, execute trades, and ensure regulatory compliance, acting as the primary financial partner for high-net-worth individuals or institutions, balancing client acquisition with deep relationship management and strategic asset allocation. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (often high-net-worth individuals), acting as their trusted financial advisor.
Financial Planning & Goal Setting: Understand clients' unique financial situations, objectives, risk tolerance, and goals through in-depth discussions.
Portfolio Management: Design, implement, and actively manage diversified investment portfolios, including asset allocation across different classes (equities, bonds, real estate).
Investment Advice & Execution: Offer personalized investment recommendations, conduct market research, analyze financial assets, and execute trades (buying/selling securities).
Performance Monitoring: Continuously track portfolio performance, provide regular updates, and rebalance investments as needed.
Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the client base through networking and presentations.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all activities adhere to banking policies, fiduciary duties, and financial regulations (like SEC, FINRA) while identifying and mitigating investment risks.
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various financial products, market trends, and economic factors. Looking for candidates with good Wealth Adviser skills. Should have good knowledge of all the investment products & financial market. Strong analytical skills for market and asset analysis.
