Job Overview
<p>The Credit Card Product Manager is responsible in driving Credit Card acquisition through various sourcing channels like Sales, Contact Centre, Digital Marketing Programs, etc. Effectively track and manage the customer drop off funnel by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements. Develop and improve the existing UI/UX for onboarding journeys.</p> <p>Job Title: Product Manager – Credit Cards</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive Credit Card acquisition through various sourcing channels like Sales, Contact Centre, Digital Marketing Programs, etc.</li>
<li> Effectively track and manage the customer drop off funnel by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements</li>
<li> Identify and onboard additional sourcing channels </li>
<li> Develop and improve the existing UI/UX for onboarding journeys</li>
<li>Create and develop new customer-centric onboarding journeys</li>
<li>Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints</li>
<li> Mange and track performance of related vendors</li>
<li> Good knowledge of Excel/data analysis/PowerPoint</li>
<li> Create and publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports</li>
<li> Should be great in inter-department collaboration and stakeholder management</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for candidates with experience in handling Credit Cards onboarding journeys, UI/UX will be preferred. Project Management is advantageous.</p>
