<p>As a collection Manager she/he will be responsible to review account allocations & collections targets by bucket of various products.</p> <p>1) As a collection manager will be responsible to drive the acjievement of resolution. 2) Supervise & train collections agents, manage workloads and monitor their performance. 3) Create & implement procedures & strategies to improve collection efficiency, recover outstanding debts & reduce offences. 4) Co ordinate with various stakeholders within the bank to ensure timely resolutionof customer disputes raised if any.</p> NULL
