Credit Analyst | Wholesale / Large Corporate | A Leading Bank

<p>The Credit Analyst is to work under the National Credit Hub vertical of the esteemed bank, to handle the Underwriting of credit proposals and the preparation of the credit approval memorandum for Wholesale / Large Corporate Lending department files.</p> <p>KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Underwriting of credit proposals and preparation of credit approval memorandum Financial assessment and ratio analysis Due Diligence and compliance checks Client/unit visits to understand the business model and fund requirements Internal credit risk rating Presenting cases to respective sanctioning committees for decision Issuance of sanction orders / decision letters Maintenance of credit hygiene and data quality in allocated portfolio Handling post disbursal functions like amendments to sanction terms, specific permissions etc. Monitoring of portfolio to identify early warning signals and adopting prompt corrective action. Communicating with stakeholders across verticals to ensure robust credit portfolio Maintenance of asset quality and Turn Around Time</p> <p>Looking for candidates with expertise in Wholesale & Large corporate segment Credit Analysis, with experience in Banks or NBFCs. Should know various aspects of credit underwriting & monitoring, including but not limited to, processing of proposals, credit analysis, project appraisal, restructuring, syndication etc. Should be well-versed with documentation, operation & legal aspects of mid and large corporate segments across the full gamut of products/industries</p>
