Job Overview
This role centers on driving CASA deposit growth through aggressive field acquisition, onboarding, activation, and cross‑selling while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. It operates within branch banking teams across India. Acquire new CASA customers (especially Current Accounts) through field visits, referrals, local campaigns, and open‑market sourcing; target 10–20 accounts/month with focus on high AQB (Average Quarterly Balance)
Onboarding Complete KYC documentation, ensure timely account activation, and handover to branch operations
Activation & Engagement Drive customer usage (transactions, digital adoption), balance maintenance, and retention; follow up to prevent dormancy
Cross‑selling Sell additional products like loans, insurance, mutual funds, cards, trade/FX services to new/existing CASA customers 0–4 years in banking sales or field sales (CASA acquisition preferred) .Excellent communication/customer engagement, sales closing, product knowledge (CASA, loans, insurance), local market navigation. Target‑oriented, field‑ready (extensive travel), self‑motivated, relationship builder, compliant
