Job Overview
<p>As a Relationship Manager for affordable housing loans you will be responsible for sourcing and managing loans through DSA and through other channels to meet the business targets.</p> <p>1) Sourcing new to bank clients through market visits, developers, and Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to build the Affordable Housing Loan portfolio.
2)Managing end to end loan life cycle; by lead generation,application filing, from document collection to loan disbursement.
3) Handling client queries, managing existing relationships, and cross-selling other banking products.
4) Coordinating with Internal Teams (Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical) to ensure compliance with company risk policies.</p> <p>Looking for candidates with minimum 3 years experience in home loans/affordable homeloans, LAP, mortgage loans can be considered for the role.</p>
