Job Overview
<p>The Location Manager will be responsible for driving Personal Loan business with his team of RM's to handle Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in Mumbai by building, managing, and scaling the DSA network, ensuring target achievement, portfolio quality, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Business Development & Sales </p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve monthly and quarterly Personal Loan disbursement and sourcing targets through DSAs. </li>
<li>Develop and expand the DSA network across assigned locations in Mumbai.</li>
<li>Identify high-potential DSAs and activate new partners to increase market penetration.</li>
<li>Run location-level sales initiatives, campaigns, and productivity programs.</li>
<li>Will manage a team of RM’s to drive the business.</li>
</ul>
<p>DSA Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Onboard DSAs as per company policy and ensure proper documentation and due diligence.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs to improve productivity and loyalty.</li>
<li>Track DSA performance metrics such as logins, disbursements, approval ratios, and TAT.</li>
<li>Address DSA grievances and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.</li>
</ul>
<p>Credit Coordination & Operations</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.</li>
<li>Guide DSAs on credit norms, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor file quality to minimize rejections, fraud, and early delinquencies.</li>
</ul>
<p>Portfolio Quality & Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure sourcing of quality business with a focus on low delinquency and early bucket performance.</li>
<li>Enforce compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and code of conduct.</li>
<li>Prevent miss-selling, data manipulation, and fraudulent sourcing.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p>
<ul>
<li>Personal Loan disbursement volume & value</li>
<li>Active DSA count and productivity per DSA</li>
<li>Login-to-disbursement conversion ratio</li>
<li>Portfolio quality (early delinquency, bounce rates)</li>
<li>Compliance and audit adherence</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for candidates with good experience in Personal Loans / Unsecured Lending, with strong DSA handling exposure. Prior experience in managing a city or location-level DSA business in Mumbai is highly
desirable.</p>
<p>Required Skills & Competencies</p>

<li>Good knowledge of Mumbai geography and DSA ecosystem</li>
