Job Overview
<p>A Credit Card Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving the profitability, risk management, and overall strategic growth of a credit card portfolio. They analyze data to optimize customer acquisition, manage credit limits, and monitor portfolio performance against established KPIs</p> <p><b>Job responsibilities :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Kickstart customer usage on CC on UPI, International transactions, activate Card control and contactless usage </li>
<li>Manage Limit enhancement / Limit Decrease program, track performance and improve base throughput basis policy inputs</li>
<li>Increase the spend category width per customer by analysing customer behaviour and category affinity</li>
<li>Monitor and increase the authorisation rate of transactions in the portfolio </li>
<li>Review and reconcile merchant campaigns/ lounge usage files for better cost management</li>
<li>Track Credit Card key parameters across the industry and drive report automation</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Excel/data analysis tools/PowerPoint tools</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for Credit Card Portfolio Managers with an understanding of customers' utilisation patterns, to increase the spend category width per customer by analysing customer behaviour and category affinity.</p>
