Job Overview
Lead the Bancassurance business for a leading bank by driving Life Insurance sales across the assigned region. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Cluster Heads, while owning regional business growth, strategic execution, revenue delivery, and overall insurance performance. 1) Lead and drive the Bancassurance business across the assigned region by achieving sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
2) Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Cluster Heads and Relationship Managers to deliver high performance.
3) Develop and execute regional business strategies to maximize insurance penetration through the bank's distribution network.
4) Build strong relationships with senior bank stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business growth.
5) Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement corrective action plans to achieve targets.
6) Drive recruitment, training, and capability development of the sales team to improve productivity and customer engagement.
7) Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and operational excellence across the region. Looking for Candidates with 10+ years of experience in Bancassurance Channel , handling large business unit
