Job Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Used Car Loan business across Alappuzha, Kollam, Kottayam, and Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves leading a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives, expanding the dealer network, strengthening channel partnerships, and achieving business targets through effective sales leadership and market development.
1) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
2) Drive sales and business growth for the Used Car Loan business across the assigned territory.
3) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets.
4) Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market share.
5) Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
6) Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Ideal Candidature -
1) 7–15 years of experience in New Car Loans, Vehicle Finance, Auto Finance.
2) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leading field sales teams.
3) Strong experience in dealer and channel partner management.
4) Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and business targets.
5) Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
6) Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
7) Good understanding of retail lending processes and vehicle finance.
