Job Overview
Acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNI) clients with a relationship value of more than ₹2 crore by building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their financial goals. Provide customised wealth management solutions across investment, insurance, and financial planning products to optimise portfolio performance and maximise investment returns. Regularly review client portfolios, offer proactive financial advice based on market trends, and ensure exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall relationship value. 1) Acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNI) clients with a relationship value of ₹2 crore and above.
2) Build strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals and investment needs.
3) Offer customised wealth management solutions, including investments, insurance, and other banking products.
4) Regularly review client portfolios and provide proactive financial advice to maximise returns.
5) Achieve business, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring exceptional service and long-term client retention. Preferably looking for candidates with strong Wealth Management or Private Banking experience from leading banks or reputed wealth management boutique firms.
Candidates from established Wealth Management Companies, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), or similar financial institutions with relevant client-facing experience will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a strong HNI/UHNI client portfolio and have a proven track record in relationship management and business acquisition.
However, this role is being hired against an existing portfolio, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong relationship management capabilities.
