About the opportunity
Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive Working Capital business by acquiring new SME and Corporate customers, managing existing relationships, and offering customized working capital solutions. The role focuses on business development, portfolio management, and achieving asset and liability business targets. Acquire new SME and Corporate clients for Working Capital products.
Identify customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, Chartered Accountants (CAs), channel partners, and business networks.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance heads, and key decision-makers.
Conduct financial analysis by reviewing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, GST returns, and banking transactions.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Trade teams for timely sanction and disbursement.
Cross-sell Liability Products, Current Accounts, CMS, Forex, Trade Services, POS, and other banking solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance, customer utilization, renewals, and asset quality.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal credit policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for asset, liability, and fee income. 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Working Capital, SME Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or Business Banking.
Experience in Banking, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, or Commercial Lending preferred.
