Regional Head | RTFx | A Leading Bank

A Regional Sales Manager for Trade & Forex drives the New to Bank business, revenue growth, manages branch and relationship manager channels, and acquires corporate clients for international trade, import-export (EXIM) financing, and foreign exchange products across an assigned geographic territory. Key Responsibilities * Revenue & Target Delivery: Achieve regional targets for trade volume, forex income, current account acquisition, and fee-based revenue. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Map potential catchments and high-value customer segments (e.g., EXIM, travel, logistics). * Client & Channel Engagement: Conduct joint client visits with branch relationship managers to close large trade or forex deals. * Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and evaluate branch sales teams and relationship managers to boost productivity. * Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, FEMA rules, and internal processing standards to reduce turnaround time (TAT) Looking for a well-experienced Trade Forex leader to head the business in the assigned region.
