Job Overview
The RSM Trade Forex is responsible for driving new client acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio building for cross-border trade and foreign exchange products across the assigned States being Delhi. Key Responsibilities
* New Client Acquisition: Source New-to-Bank (NTB) commercial, SME, and high-value corporate clients requiring current accounts, import-export (EXIM) solutions, and forex lines.
* Target Delivery: Achieve regional goals for fee income, foreign currency throughput, forex penetration, and current/savings account (CASA) volume growth.
* Sales Collaboration: Conduct joint client visits with branch relationship managers and regional sales teams to pitch trade products and structure customized pricing.
* Product & Treasury Coordination: Coordinate with internal dealing rooms and treasury teams to quote competitive forex rates and process letters of credit, bank guarantees, and buyer's credit.
* Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, KYC, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Looking for a well-experienced Banker with direct sales and business development experience in banking, specifically handling Trade Forex or Current Account acquisition. The applicant must be experienced in handling a large geography. Must be willing to travel across the country to develop existing and new locations.
