<p>The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned territory through effective channel development, sales execution, and team leadership. The role involves managing partner relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>1) Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory.</p>
<p>2) Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.</p>
<p>3) Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders.</p>
<p>4) Identify business opportunities and implement territory growth strategies.</p>
<p>5) Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.</p>
<p>6) Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</p>
<p>7) Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team.</p>
<p>8) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.</p>
<p>9) Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.</p>
<p>10) Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to formulate action plans.</p> 8–10 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Strong background in Bancassurance/Bank Channel Sales.
Proven experience in team management and leading high-performing sales teams.Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience in managing multiple branches or territories.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
