Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Business Promotion Officer – Home Loan/LAP. The role involves sourcing new customers, generating business through multiple channels, and achieving asset business targets by promoting Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products while delivering exceptional customer service. Source and acquire new Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers.
Generate leads through direct sales, field activities, referrals, builders, real estate brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property consultants, connectors, and other referral partners.
Identify customer financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for Home Loan and LAP disbursements.
Cross-sell liability and third-party products, including Savings Accounts, Insurance, and Investment Products, where applicable.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Conduct customer visits for lead generation, document collection, and relationship management.
Ensure adherence to KYC, regulatory, and internal compliance guidelines.
Monitor customer portfolios and provide post-disbursement support to enhance customer satisfaction. Looking for candidates with
1–5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Secured Lending, or Retail Asset Sales.
Experience in banks, housing finance companies (HFCs), NBFCs, or mortgage lending organizations is preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered based on business requirements.
