Job Overview
Job Role: The Location Credit Head is responsible for handling a team of Credit Analyst. Responsible for processing all the Retail Asset Loans such as HL, LAP, BL, PL, etc. A Credit Analyst Team Lead supervises daily credit appraisal operations, manages a team of analysts, and ensures turnaround times (TAT) and underwriting quality align with organizational risk policies
Job Description:
* Team Supervision: Guide and mentor credit analysts, manage workloads, and conduct performance reviews. * Underwriting Review: Evaluate complex or high-risk credit applications, policy deviations, and loan approvals. * Portfolio Monitoring: Track delinquency trends, default rates, and portfolio health metrics like DPD (Days Past Due) and FOIR (Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio). * Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal credit manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines. * Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with sales, risk management, IT, and collections teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Ideal Candidates: Looking for candidates with very good Credit evaluation experience in Mortgage Loans and all the Retail Asset Loans being in Banks or NBFC's. Advanced financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and proficiency in financial software or ERP tools
