Drive the acquisition of new corporate relationships for salary account partnerships, manage existing corporate clients, and generate employee salary account opportunities through continuous engagement and relationship management.
Job Description:
1) Acquire new corporate clients for Corporate Salary Account tie-ups.
2) Strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and drive employee salary account acquisitions.
3) Ensure timely salary credit for all mapped corporate salary accounts.
4) Achieve assigned New-to-Bank (NTB), Salary Account, and Liability Value targets.
5) Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer queries and providing end-to-end support.
Minimum 2+ years of overall experience, with at least 1 year of experience in Corporate Salary, TASC, Current Account (CASA) Sales, or Corporate Banking acquisition. Strong relationship management, business development, and sales skills with exposure to corporate client acquisition. Excellent communication and customer servicing abilities. Degree Graduated.
