Job Description:
1) Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients. Drive CASA, investments, insurance, loans, and other banking products to achieve revenue targets.
2) Develop a strong client portfolio through referrals, networking, and proactive business development.
3) Ensure excellent customer service while delivering a high-quality, compliant, and client-centric banking experience.
4) Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market penetration activities.
5) Provide personalized financial and investment solutions based on customer needs and risk profiles.
6) Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management concepts.
