Job Overview
A Team Leader – Credit Card is responsible for promoting credit card products, acquiring new customers, processing applications, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
* Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Collect customer documents and process applications. * Verify KYC documents as per bank guidelines. * Follow up with customers on application status. * Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries. * Prepare daily sales reports and ensure compliance with bank policies.
