Scope of the Role
As a cluster head for working capital, you will be responsible for leading a team of RMs, responsible for driving asset growth, client acquisition, and portfolio health in working capital finance, trade solutions, and MSME/SME or mid-market banking.
Job Description
1) Leads and mentors teams of Relationship Managers (RMs) across multiple locations to ensure adherence to risk disciplines, audit compliance, and turnaround times.
2) Structures credit solutions—such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and term loans—while conducting rigorous financial analysis (liquidity, leverage, and debt service coverage).
3) Onboards new-to-bank (NTB) SME clients with specific annual turnovers, while deepening existing relationships through CASA, forex, and general insurance products.
4) Cross selling other asset products and credit facilities like cash credit, overdraft, and trade finance (Letters of Credit/Bank Guarantees) to micro and small businesses.
Ideal Candidates
Preferring candidates with at least 10 years experience in working capital products and team handling can be an ideal fitment for the role.
