Scope of the Role
The Associate Circle Manager will support regional business operations, sales coordination, productivity management, and process governance for the Unsecured Sales vertical. The role requires strong expertise in sales support, operations coordination, MIS management, stakeholder engagement, and field execution support.The ideal candidate should possess strong operational discipline along with understanding of Credit Card and Personal Loan sales ecosystem.
Job Description
> Support regional sales teams in achieving Credit Card and Personal Loan business targets.
> Coordinate with field sales teams for lead allocation, tracking, and business closure support.
> Monitor daily productivity and business performance across locations.
> Ensure proper adherence to onboarding processes and operational guidelines.
> Maintain strong coordination with branch banking teams, zonal offices, and field sales teams.
Ideal Candidates
Minimum 7+ years experience in banking operations, sales support, unsecured lending operations, or business coordination roles. Experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan business preferred. Strong exposure to MIS management, sales analytics, and stakeholder coordination.
