Circle Manager | Credit cards & Personal Loaand | Retail assets

Scope of the Role

The Circle Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth for the Unsecured Sales vertical across the assigned geography, with primary focus on Credit Cards and Personal Loans. The role requires strong leadership capability to manage large field sales teams, drive productivity, ensure portfolio quality, and strengthen business partnerships with internal banking channels.

Job Description

> Drive Credit Card and Personal Loan sourcing across assigned regions/zones through branch banking and alternate sourcing channels.

> Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets in line with organizational growth objectives.

> Monitor productivity, activation, portfolio quality, and business conversion ratios across locations.

> Lead and manage Associate Circle Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Business Development Executives (BDEs).

> Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for the region.

> Conduct regular business reviews, coaching sessions, and productivity tracking mechanisms.

> Develop strong working relationships with Zonal Heads, Regional Heads, Branch Heads, and internal banking teams.

Ideal Candidates

Minimum 12+ years overall experience with at least 7+ years in Credit Card and/or Personal Loan sales management. Experience in leading large sales teams in private/public sector banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Strong exposure to branch banking and unsecured lending ecosystem.
