Scope of the Role
Manage a unit of NR Private Bankers build and strengthen relationships with NRI clients by offering tailored banking, wealth, and investment solutions. Responsible for the whole the P& L of the unit.
Job Description
1) Lead the overall NRI Private Banking business for the assigned market, driving growth in assets, liabilities, and revenue.
2) Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth NRI clients through tailored financial and wealth solutions.
3) Drive portfolio expansion by increasing wallet share through investments, insurance, lending, and other banking products.
4) Lead, coach, and monitor Relationship Managers to achieve business targets while maintaining high service standards.
5) Ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while strengthening the bank's market presence.
Ideal Candidates
Candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in NRI Banking, including at least 5+ years of experience in managing a Super HNI NRI Banking Unit.
