Scope of the Role
As a Premium Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining high-value CASA customers for our leading small finance bank. You will be responsible for acquisition of NTB customers accounts sourcing.
Job Description
1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new premium customers for the bank. 2. Analyze customer data to identify target segments and develop customer acquisition plans. 3. Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to ensure successful customer acquisition. 4. Monitor and analyze customer acquisition performance and recommend improvements. 5. Develop and implement programs to increase customer retention. 6. Develop and manage campaigns to promote premium products and services and implement customer segmentation strategies to maximize customer acquisition. 7 Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to customer acquisition processes. 8. By implementing all the startegies towards acquistion of CASA related bank products,and thus by achieving targets,and towards goals of the bank .
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with 2 + years of retail branch banking sales or other BFSI sector sales experience. Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
