Regional Sales Manager | Liabilities | A leading bank

Scope of the Role

Responsibile for creating a quality liability book for the bank. Lead a large business unit for acquiring a liability products for the bank. Assigned territory include 20 to 25 branches include a 3 Area Salaes managers and a group of Wealth managers and acquisition officers. Products include CASA/FD/RD .etc.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2.  Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
  3.  Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
  5. Develop and manage regional sales budgets.
  6. Monitor and manage regional sales expenses.
  7. Develop and implement regional sales training programs.
  8.  Monitor and evaluate regional sales staff performance.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10.  Develop and maintain regional sales reports.
  11.  Represent the bank at regional sales events.
  12. Manage regional sales liabilities and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with atleast 8 to 15 years of banking expereince. Candidates needs to have excellent exposure in CASA Sales , Need to have atleast 4 to 5 years of team handling expereince in the capacity of a Branch salaes manager or a branch manager with any banks.
