Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) focused on Current Account acquisition and portfolio growth. Drive team performance to achieve business targets and revenue goals. Monitor sales productivity, client acquisition, and relationship management activities. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain high service standards.
Ideal Candidates
5+ years of experience in Branch Banking with strong exposure to Current Account acquisition and liability sales. Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving portfolio growth. Experience in managing and developing Relationship Managers or sales teams is preferred.
