Scope of the Role
The Relationship Manager (Current Accounts) is responsible for acquiring and managing Current Account customers for the Small Finance Bank. The role involves sourcing new-to-bank customers, deepening existing relationships, increasing CASA balances, and cross-selling banking products to business and corporate clients.
Job Description
Acquire new Current Account customers through field sales, referrals, and market mapping. Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, traders, professionals, and business owners. Drive CASA growth by increasing account balances and transaction volumes. Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions. Cross-sell products such as Business Loans, POS Machines, Trade Forex, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Payment Solutions. Conduct customer meetings and presentations to generate business opportunities. Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation during account opening. Monitor portfolio performance and enhance customer engagement. Achieve monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
