Scope of the Role
Responsible for driving sales and growth of Working Capital Loans in your designated area through the Branch Channel. Manage a team of Relationship Managers and their team in sourcing loans and handling the existing customer service and renewals. You will be a creative problem solver, finding solutions to help the RM's achieve their goals.
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability of working capital loan products.
- Ensure the Relationship Manager's productivity
- Strengthen the branch channel relationship to ensure a steady flow of leads
- Ensure New to Bank Customers Loans, New Loans and Renewals
- Existing customer service and complaints.
- Maintain a good rapport with loan operations and credit department
- Ensure the TAT in loan disbursal.
- Activation of inactive accounts
- Overall responsible for the total P&L of the region's Working Capital Loans Business
Ideal Candidates
Looking for a skilled banker with vast experience in Working Capital Loans. Must have a good knowledge of Working Capital loans documentation, CAM preparation, Credit processing, Loan operations etc. Candidate must be capable of handling a team of RM's.
