Sr. Relationship Manager | Working Capital | A leading Bank

Scope of the Role

Responsible to manage a group of business clients for their working capital needs. 80% of the role demands to manage the existing clients and 20% will be adding new clients for the bank.Cordinate with the branch banking unit for the support on acquiring new deals and hand hold with the credit unit for the smooth disbursal of the business.

Job Description

1) To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/ non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers credit, LC, BG etc.

2) To penetrate client with various products like Current Account/Term Deposits/Transaction Banking/Trade Finance for the primary Relationship & Group companies.

3)  To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.

4) Focus on continually increasing book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.

5) To understand client business model, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships.

6) Maintain high caliber client service.

Ideal Candidates

Experience: 4 -8 years experience in the local market preferably some background in Credit & Sales Knowledge is required - ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate & fees.  Strong oral and written Communication  Relationship Management Skill· Job Knowledge- The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like BL, OD, CC.
