Scope of the Role
The Associate Sales Officer – CASA is responsible for driving the acquisition of new current and savings account customers while contributing to the bank's deposit growth. The role involves identifying prospective customers, promoting CASA products and related banking services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers to achieve CASA growth targets. * Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market networking. * Promote CASA products and other banking services to prospective customers. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention. * Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. * Ensure accurate completion of account opening documentation and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements. * Cross-sell banking products such as fixed deposits, loans, insurance, debit/credit cards, and digital banking solutions. * Coordinate with branch teams to facilitate seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Ideal Candidates
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in CASA sales within the banking sector. * At least 1 year of continuous tenure with the current employer. * Maximum age: 30 years. * Notice period should not exceed 45 days. * Strong track record of achieving CASA acquisition and sales targets. * Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer acquisition
