Scope of the Role
As a Relationship Manager for Current Accounts you will be responsible for acquisition of new Business Entity customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of these current account customers.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with current account customers
- Provide advice and guidance on current account products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with bank policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholder
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with good sales exposure in current account , TFX, B2B account management , Payment business . Needs to have good communication skills , should be able to build strong relationships with clients, and work independently
