An Affluent Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of affluent clients, offering personalized financial solutions, and driving revenue through wealth management products such as investments, insurance, and banking services.
Job Description
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and life-stage needs Provide tailored financial advice and solutions Wealth & Investment Advisory Recommend investment products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, etc.) Cross-sell insurance and other wealth products Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments Business Development Acquire new affluent clients through referrals, networking, and leads Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue Achieve sales and portfolio growth targets Service Excellence Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of issues Maintain regular contact through meetings, calls, and reviews Compliance & Risk Management Follow regulatory and internal compliance guidelines Ensure proper documentation and KYC norms
Ideal Candidates
Minimum Graduation Minimum 4-6 years of exposure in the Branch Banking domain At least 2-3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager Must have had sales experience (liabilities products preferred) Age Limit : 35 to 38 yrs
