Scope of the Role
As a Relationship Manager for Premium Accounts, you will be the go-to person for our most valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of the bank, ensuring that our customers have the best banking experience possible. You will be the one to make sure that our customers have the best products and services to meet their needs. make sure that our customers are always happy and satisfied.
Job Description
- Acquisition of new premium customers for the bank. Both Current and personal accounts.
- Responsible to make a good liability portfolio with quality acquisition and a quality mix.
- Enhance the relationship by increasing the fund value and cross sell of other products.
- Introduce other banking products for the sourced clients and provide best in class service.
- Create database of potential clients and visit them for introducing the bank and its product and services.
- Managing and submit various MIS and submit it timely.
Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidates should have 2 to 5 experience in casa & be able to build relationships with clients, and have a good understanding of banking products and services. They should also be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to think outside the box. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment .
