Scope of the Role
The Virtual Relationship Manager (Inside Sales) will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the organization's Wealth Management business. The role focuses on engaging with prospective and existing clients through virtual channels to promote Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other investment solutions.
Job Description
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with clients across different regions. - Engage with prospective and existing clients and build strong professional relationships. - Promote and sell Demat Accounts, Equity Products, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Wealth Management Solutions. - Generate B2B leads and contribute to business growth initiatives. - Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment products and services. - Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through consultative selling. - Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to maximize business opportunities. - Drive Demat Account acquisition, activation, and investment onboarding. _ Explain product features, benefits, and investment opportunities in a clear and professional manner. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
Ideal Candidates
Experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Relationship Management, or Financial Product Sales is preferred. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory). Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Investments, and Wealth Management products is an added advantage.
