Scope of the Role

As a sales manager you will be responsible for identify new car loan business opportunities, monitoring market trends and implementing new sales strategies to grow the customer base. Responsible for mentoring the sales team ensuring the complaints according to company policies and providing exceptional customer service to the clients.

Job Description

  • Idenifiying business opportunities in the assigned areas.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate sales officers and Team Leaders to achieve branch and regional sales targets.
  • Responsible for achieving targets through auto mobile dealers
  • Ensure the quality of loan sourced and maintain a strict complaint according to internal banking policies.
  • Maintain and coordinate close relationship with internal credit and operations team for smooth disbursement.

Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidates must possess a strong background in auto finance or retail lending, exceptional dealer-relationship skills, and a proven track record of target achievement.
