A Wealth Specialist is the technical "brain" behind high-value investment conversations. In a bank, they act as the bridge between complex market research and the Relationship Manager (RM) who owns the client relationship.
Job Description
Review and analyze client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals, risk profile, and market conditions. Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend asset allocation, rebalancing, and investment strategies. Drive AUM growth through proactive portfolio advisory and relationship deepening. Identify opportunities for additional investments and recommend suitable wealth management solutions. Engage dormant and under-invested clients to improve portfolio activation and investment penetration. Partner with Relationship Managers to strengthen client engagement, acquisition, and wallet share. Deliver market insights and investment recommendations aligned with the firm's investment strategy. Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining high standards of advisory quality, compliance, and client service.
Ideal Candidates
5+ years of experience across Wealth Management firms, AMCs, or Banking, the "Ideal Candidate" isn't just a salesperson—they are a seasoned Investment Strategist.
