Scope of the Role
A Junior Officer for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) loans is responsible for sourcing new business loan customers, achieving monthly disbursement targets, and managing client relationships. Core duties include field sales, lead generation, and coordinating loan processing with credit teams
Job Description
Lead Generation: Find new clients via field visits, market mapping, networking, and local business referrals.
Product Pitching: Sell financial products like term loans, working capital, cash credit, overdrafts, and loans against property (LAP).
Document Handling: Collect, check, and verify initial financial papers and KYC documents from applicants.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the risk, credit, and operations units to fast-track loan approvals.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly goals for logins, sanctions, and disbursals.
Ideal Candidates
Any Graduation • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in credit sales preferably working capital in any Bank/NBFC
