Scope of the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Wealth Manager to acquire, manage, and grow a high-net-worth client base.The role involves offering end-to-end wealth management solutions tailored to the unique financial needs of HNIs/UHNIs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Job Description
1) Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through cold calling, networking, references, and market mapping.
2) Build and manage client portfolios across multiple asset classes including PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
3) Advise clients on suitable wealth products based on their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
4) Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
5) Meet and exceed targets for asset mobilisation, revenue generation, and client activation.
6) Stay updated on market trends, economic updates, and new product offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
Ideal Candidates
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking. Strong understanding of financial products and investment instruments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and manage high-value client relationships. Certifications such as NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, or CFP are a plus.
