Scope of the Role
The Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients by delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, providing tailored investment advice, and driving revenue through cross-selling of banking and investment products while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
Job Description
Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients. Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service. Provide holistic wealth management solutions including investments, insurance, lending, and estate planning. Identify client needs and offer suitable advisory or discretionary portfolio solutions. Grow assets under management (AUM) and revenue through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Collaborate with product specialists (Investment, Treasury, Insurance, Credit, and Advisory teams). Prepare and present investment proposals aligned with clients’ risk profiles and financial goals. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and KYC/AML standards. Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance updates and market insights.Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Relationship Management. Proven track record in managing HNW/UHNW clients and growing AUM. Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and wealth planning solutions.
