Scope of the Role
Job Description
• Knowledge of advance excel, power point, word, outlook, etc. • Knowledge of preparing reports, Sales MIS and publishing it on daily basis as per requirement • Computation of DST (off role) staff incentive and Publishing COA reports. • Team management quality to manage 7-8 curing officers, who are responsible to cure FTNR applications and get the better conversion from pickups done by curing officers • Co-ordination with all the stake holders in the team – RSM’s, ASM’s, SM’s & DST’s and guiding or instructing them for completion of daily work • Managing vendor agreements and Biometric device control mechanism and sourcing process
Ideal Candidates
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing similar kind of role preferably part of a sales team • Conversant in speaking and writing English & Hindi. • Knowledge in advance excel, power point, word, outlook, etc.
