Scope of the Role
The Affluent Cluster Head is responsible for leading and managing a team of Affluent Wealth Relationship Managers across a designated cluster. The role focuses on driving business growth, increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), enhancing client acquisition, and ensuring superior wealth management services for Affluent and HNI clients.
Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Affluent Wealth Relationship Managers. Drive acquisition of Affluent and HNI customers across the cluster. Achieve cluster-level targets for AUM, revenue, client acquisition, and product penetration. Develop and execute business strategies to expand the wealth management business. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. Build strong relationships with key Affluent and HNI clients. Promote Wealth Management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance. Conduct portfolio reviews and support complex investment discussions with clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
