Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, driving business growth, managing a team of relationship managers/officers, and ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance as per bank standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end branch banking operations • Drive business targets across CASA, deposits, loans, and third-party products • Manage and mentor Relationship Managers and branch staff • Acquire and deepen high-value customer relationships • Ensure strong portfolio growth and revenue generation • Maintain operational excellence and compliance with banking guidelines • Monitor branch performance and implement strategic initiatives
