Alliance Partner – Sales & Relationship Management

Scope of the Role

The Alliance Partner will be responsible for driving corporate business growth through strategic partnerships and relationship management. Acting as a single point of contact for Wholesale and BBG collaboration, the role focuses on acquiring new corporates, managing key accounts, and maximizing wallet share within the assigned portfolio, particularly across CAT A and large corporates.

Job Description

Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) corporates and expand the corporate portfolio. Drive growth in corporate salary accounts and related business opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporates. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs). Ensure regular engagement with CAT A and large corporate clients. Coordinate with Wholesale, BBG, and internal teams to drive seamless execution. Drive cross-sell initiatives across products and services within the portfolio.

Ideal Candidates

Typically 3–8 years of progressive experience in onboarding large corporate clients, with a demonstrated track record in driving sales initiatives and managing strategic client relationships.
